📦 Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum.

Most items arrive 4 to 7 business days after shipping. Items in the same order can ship separately, so you may receive more than one package, each with its own tracking number. You will get tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

• 15-day returns on unopened items: you have 15 calendar days from delivery to request a return of unopened, unused items in their original packaging for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• 15-day skin-compatibility guarantee: if a product you opened doesn’t suit your skin, email us within 15 days of delivery. We will resolve it with a replacement, store credit or refund. Please do not mail opened products back unless we ask you to.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@kazven.com with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
